Veggie and Turkey Sausage Egg Muffins

prep time: 5 min | cook time: 25 min | makes: 6 muffins

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs

  • 1 cup cooked ground turkey

  • 1 cup finely chopped baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup finely diced bell pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • S&P to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Set aside.

  2. Whisk together egg and seasoning.

  3. Stir in turkey and veggies.

  4. Pour into muffin cups and bake in the oven for 20-25 mins.
