We meet live every Tuesday at 12pm for 60–75 minutes. Each session combines a short teaching or group share with something you actually need to do anyway — a yoga class, a meditation, a co-cooking session where dinner gets made. Real things. Done in community.

This is not another course you'll buy and never finish. This is a six-week container where you show up, you do the work, and someone walks beside you the whole way.

Weeks 1–2

Before we add anything, we stop the leak.

This phase is about identifying what's quietly draining you — the overcaffeination, the broken sleep patterns, the workouts that are depleting instead of building, the wine that's become load-bearing. We replace them — not with deprivation, but with things that actually work. You will feel something shift here. Fast. That's intentional.

Week 3

Now that your nervous system has a little slack, we layer in the foundations.

Simple, anti-inflammatory eating that doesn't require tracking. Intentional movement that feels good. Building a framework that fits around your actual life — your family, your schedule, your preferences. This is where the co-cooking sessions live. We make dinner together. You stop dreading the 5pm scramble.

Week 4

This is the week most programs lose people. We're not losing you here.

We go through your specific friction points — the moments where you've fallen off every other time — and we solve them. Not with more willpower. With better design. The goal is a system that holds even when life gets hard. This is the week that makes everything before it stick.

You're starting to feel it. Now we expand.

When does it start?

The first cohort begins in early July 2026. Exact dates are confirmed upon registration. Sessions run every Tuesday at 12pm EST.

What's the time commitment?

One live session per week, 60 minutes, every Tuesday at 12pm. The weekly Marching Orders are designed to be integrated into your existing life — not added on top of it. If you have no margin left, this was built for you.

What if I can't make a live session?

All sessions are recorded. You won't get the same experience as being live, but you won't fall behind. That said — the community and connection are a big part of what makes this work, so showing up live is encouraged whenever you can.

Do I need any equipment or special food?

No. The movement and yoga sessions require nothing but a small amount of floor space. The food guidance is built around real, accessible ingredients — nothing that requires a specialty store or a complicated prep day.
