  • This program is specifically designed to work with women’s needs in the menopause transition.

  • No. The workouts can be done from home with minimal equipment. 80% of the results will come from nutritional strategies.

  • Our weekly coaching calls are Tuesdays at 12pm EST/9am PST.

    If you cannot attend live, the calls will be recorded and will be available in your online portal.

  • Every women’s experience is a little different but most women report sleeping better within the first week. They are more energized by week 2 and start feeling lighter by week 3.

  • You will have plenty of support via our weekly coaching calls and Voxer messaging chat within the hours of 9am -4pm.
