Early Menopause at 38 hit me like a ton of bricks.
I remember my first hot flash like it was yesterday. And what seemed like overnight, I stopped sleeping, I gained weight (all around my middle), couldn’t control my moods. I was constantly exhausted, muddled with brain fog and couldn’t accept that this was my new normal. I was only 38!
I researched everything I could about menopause. I learned how to establish my hormonal equilibrium through food, exercise, and simple yet profound lifestyle shifts. I lost the weight, began sleeping again and could finally see the forest for the trees - but it wasn’t about the weight. It was about finding myself again, rediscovering who I was in this new phase of life and learning to love it.
I know what it feels like to feel lost and overwhelmed in midlife. Helping other women feel strong, capable and confident again lights me up because I know how much it can change their lives. Once I discovered the method, I got my confidence back. My body, relationships, work and purpose were stronger.
