We'll work with breath, movement, and stillness to actually shift your body out of the stress response it's been living in. Tools you'll keep using long after the six weeks are over — because they take minutes, not hours, and they work.

Anti-Inflammatory Co-Cooking

You'll receive a grocery list in advance. On Wednesday, we cook together — live, on Zoom, in your own kitchen.

Not a cooking class. Not a meal plan to follow perfectly. A real, doable session where you build the habit of nourishing your body in a way that actually reduces inflammation, supports hormone balance, and stabilizes your blood sugar — without it becoming another complicated thing to manage.

We'll create at least 2 meals in our time together. The recipes are simple, family-friendly, and built for real midlife schedules.

Quick answers

Do I have to attend live?

No — replays are available after every session. But showing up live is where the magic happens. There's something about cooking alongside other women or moving through breathwork together on a Wednesday afternoon that you can't fully replicate on your own.

What if I'm not a great cook?

Good. This program is built for real kitchens and real schedules, not culinary skills. If you can follow instructions and turn on a stove, you're in.

What if I'm not flexible or haven't done yoga in years?

Also good. The yoga sessions are designed specifically for midlife women — the goal is nervous system regulation, strength building and connection, not performance. All levels welcome, modifications always offered.

Is this only for women in perimenopause?

The program is designed with perimenopause and midlife in mind, but any woman navigating the stress, inflammation, and hormonal shifts of her 40s and 50s will find this relevant.

What platform is the community on?

Between sessions, we connect inside the Peri Posse — the free community for women in this season of life.
