The BEST Guacamole Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados
1/4-1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves and stems
the juice of one juicy lime (about 2 tbsp)
1/2-1 tsp salt (or to taste)
a dash of you favourite hot sauce. I like Frank’s
Tortilla chips to serve!
Directions:
Into a large bowl, add your ripe avocados, red onion, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, salt and hot sauce. Combine, using the back of a fork to smoosh the avocado a bit until you create your desired consistency. (I like my guac a bit chunky).
Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly.
