Early Menopause hit me like a ton of bricks.

I gained weight (all around my middle), was constantly exhausted and was secretly terrified I had early-onset dementia. I knew I couldn’t just accept this as my new normal. I was only 38!

I started researching everything I could about menopause. Using advice from leading scientists and menopause doctors, I leaned how to establish hormonal equilibrium. I found profound relief through food, exercise, and simple lifestyle shifts. I lost the weight, began sleeping again and could finally see the forest for the trees - but it wasn’t about the weight. It was about finding myself again, rediscovering who I was in this new phase of life and learning to love it.

I became more joyful, more present and even found the confidence to start my own business.

I know what it feels like to feel lost and overwhelmed in midlife. I don’t believe that menopause care needs to be expensive or complicated. I teach women my science-proven strategies that fit into busy lives and that actually work. I know, because I’ve been there.
